Welcome to Everyday Spanish I! This 8-week course focuses on practical, spoken Spanish designed for real-world interactions. Whether you want to connect with Hispanic co-workers, chat with neighbors, or communicate with friends, this course provides a welcoming, low-pressure environment to build your confidence. No previous Spanish experience is required! It is also an ideal refresher course if you studied Spanish years ago and want to reactivate your speaking skills.
Location: Class will be held at Keene Community Education, 227 Maple Ave, Keene, NH in the Jonathan Daniels Building, door B2.

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $130.00 (Payment due at time of registration)
Meet your instructor: Patricia Garrett McCarthy has nearly 40 years of experience as a language instructor. She was the Spanish and Latin Teacher and World Languages Coordinator for the Jaffrey-Rindge School District for over 30 years, as well as teaching Spanish for Keene State College and English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) for Keene Community Education.

Refund Policy: FULL refund will be issued if the class is cancelled by Community Education. A refund (less a cancellation fee) will be granted if a request is made 24 hours before the first class meeting. NO refunds will be granted after that period. Refund checks will be mailed from the Keene School District business office. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for each course cancelled by the participant. Community Education reserves the right to make necessary changes in instructors and class size without prior notification to participants.
